A minor thirteenth chord is composed using a root/1st, minor 3rd, perfect 5th, minor 7th, major 9th and major 13th (or R/1-♭3-5-♭7-9-13) intervals played simultaneously. Generally written as Cmi13 or Cmi13(no11), it is good practice to simply use an uppercase C, the letters mi followed by a super scripted 13 to represent it in writing (ie: Cmi13).
